would installing catts back on my car make it more quiet? My old man drive my car sometimes. He complains its to loud (cops stare)and it smells like raw fuel.
right now I have BBK long tube headers, BBK x-pipe(off road), and mac prochamber catback.
I'm Thinking about buying a catted bbk x pipe.
What brand mufflers cut decibals down?
Last year I got a ticket for excessive exhaust noise in my other car. I'd like to avoid that to happen again.
any tips?

yeah putton cats on does quiet it down some buy a catted pipe that way itll be legal and quieter

yes i know that but he is way less likely to get in trouble with a catted pipe because at least he would have cats and it would be quieter an di know what is legal and whats not i smog cars 5 days a week

Thanks alex,
I just checked on summit and brothers. both companies won't sell the catted mid pipe to california residences because its illegal for them to sell to C.A.
I'll have to find one locally

summit sell them call them on the phone 1800 230 3030. but they will say its for offroad use only and just say ok its just a waiver.but call them and place the order today will be there tuesday garanteed
