I have a 2003 Cobra and want to know if there are any Reputable Shops that have experience working on Termi's...... If you own a shop or know someone that does and can take a look at my car for me let me know. I know of a good place but it's in Fresno so just wanted to see if there are any others that are closer. The problem I am having is it Vibrates/Shakes when you accelerate at a high speed. (40mph or 60mph depending on how much you get on it) If you keep it at low rpms or a steady speed it doesn't do it. I have heard it could be a ring and pinon or a axel
Any help would be great!

They work on rear ends? Have you used them before?

Either a bad IRS front bushing or rear brace mount is going bad. If it was a R&P, you'd know it.

What are some of the tell tale signs of the bad r&p so I can look for them because sometimes the vibrations get BAD.... So much so i often don't like to drive it

Check the obvious first: loose lugnuts, loose DS bolts, loose hardware in general. If it were a bad R&P, you would have horrible clunking, grinding, etc...not a vibration.

Well we jacked it up and took a look at it and it appears that the differential is loose so we are going to have to have a shop tighten it up, doesn't feel or sound like anything is broken. Since the shop will be working on the rear end we are going to have gears installed. So what shops would you recommend to work on the diff and install gears? AED and Jaws gear?

I did he said it would be no more then $1000.00. His prices seem high but they seemed VERY professional and I don't mind paying a couple $100 more for quality work i can trust. But AED said most likely it isn't the Diff and it would be between $300-500.00.... I think i just need to take it to a shop and have it looked at and tell me exactly whats wrong. I wish there were shops that gave free estimates lol
