I have a 91 5.0 and I have to hit the gas for my car to start can someone give me some info on what it can be

u mean like hold down the gas pedal all the way down then crank it and it starts??

Sounds like you are flooding out. Holding the gas peddle down stops the fuel injectors.

I would start by checking your fuel pressure and check for any error codes.

What mods do you have?

IAC more than likely. Does the car fluctuate idle and does it raise idle when the ac is turned on?

Spark plugs are wet with fuel so maybe flooding some way
