Just bought a used o/r h pipe yesterday. I put it on my car and I have exhaust leaks coming from where the h pipe meets the headers. I noticed that both flanges are bent pretty good so its probably not applying pressure where the leaks are coming from. Does anybody have any tips on how to stop the leaks? Thanks

might have to take it to an exhaust shop to fix the flanges

ur pipe mite be able to be fixed but cost would about the same to buy another jmo

I'm sorry...I meant to ask if there was any way to possibly fix the leak by not having to change the flanges. There's gotta be some way. I mean, doesn't it make sense that it should still work as long as the pipe is being bolted to the manifolds? The flange isnt applying pressure evenly around the ball, but theoretically it should still work as long as cup and ball seat together right?

Put sum silicon on the balll part of the header n lil on the headerrrs so wen they meet up itta try to seal it more

Thats what I actually did this evening believe it or not. Hopefully this will solve my issue, but who knows for how long. Thanks for the input tho!!
