have a 306 short block/gt40 heads 10:1 c. heads are port&p. gt40 original intake maybe 24 or 30 lbs injectors? don't know too much about efi, i know more about carburetor than efi. but want to try it. also spacer between intake and throttle body. 75mm vs 80mm and what kind of cam, maybe super charger. if some body know please reply thanks.

I would say 24lb injectors and 75mm t body if you stay NA. 36lb injectors if you super charge.

Make sure you upgrade your fuel pump (255lpr), install an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and calibrated MAF.

As far as a cam goes, I am no expert but, people tend to stick with small cams on these motors or run the stock cam with 1.7 roller rockers
