Looking for a decent and affordable alignment shop in the san jose, Santa Clara area that is willing to adjust my cc plates when aligning the car. Any suggestions ?

Custom Alignment does tits ass alignments.. but you will pay for them.

I have to agree, Custom Aligment in Mountain View has done great work for me.

I think the best thing to do is go to Firestone. they have a lifetime alignment you can buy for $150 and sometimes I have seen it as cheap as $99. Take it there every 6 months for free. For a lowered car, and tires that cost money its worth getting it done often.

I did the SN95 spindles and cc plates all at the same time. So I need to get everything working with each other and pointing in the right direction. I know some places freak out when they see stuff that's not stock. This is why I'm asking. Any other suggestions?
Unfortunately a drive to Vallejo will result in me having to buy new tires. Theres no way my car could be driven that far until it's aligned.

I also used a place right next to Mustang Ranch in Santa Clara YEARS ago and they did a good job. Call Mustang Ranch and they should be able to give you the name

if you want a shop that can do it all right the first time go to tidewater tires in oakland ca

Ive used them plenty of times before with my Cobra and my Type R. I know who they are and what they do. But it wouldn't hurt to find someone closer and more affordable. Just looking to see who else is out there.

For an unmodified suspension and wanting the car set to factory specs, any decent alignment shop that knows what they're doing should be able to handle this job. They'll get the alignment within factory specs.
If anything, CC plates makes the job easier because they provide more alignment range. If someone wants to charge you extra for a stock alignment because of the CC plates, go somewhere else. There is no extra work involved with just CC plates.
If your car's suspension has been modified and/or you want to really dial it in to tighter than factory specs, then Custom Alignment is the place to go.
It's the difference between good enough and dead on.

steve l could not be more right. most places just do the stock spec cause thats all they know. if you want custom to get the best outta what u got, than its not gona be your normal spot. which i still also do lol!

Steve, you've convinced me. I guess all this extra money in adjustable struts, lowering springs, CC plates, bracing, spindles, etc.... Would be a waste with a factory spec alignment. I guess I'll be in Mountain View soon. Thanks guys

Another option is to do it yourself. All you really need is level ground, a digital camber gauge, and a string set up to set the toe. There are some really good articles on the corral on how to do it. It's a bit tricky setting toe the first time but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy.
But, if you're going to set it and forget it once then maybe not worth your time and the cost of the digital camber gauge.
