Going to throw a new clutch in the 03. Want something Highly streetable with a clutch pedal feel not that much more stiff that stock. I was told the centerforce dual friction was a good one to run. I just need something that won't kill my knee when I'm stuck in traffic. Any input is appreciated

i have the dfx in my '95.
the pedal is stiffer than stock but san fransisco hills dont kill me either. you get used to it to the point where a softer clutch pedal feels like a cartoon toy clutch.
the dfx clutch is grippy as hell, will snuff the engine or kill the tires. thats a good thing imo. it also is lasting for me. i have maybe 10k miles on the dfx with no problems. its like whiskey. it gets better with age

I also have a Spec Stage 3 in the Cobra, and that thing is killing me in traffic. Go with the Center force Dual Friction. I have that in my fox and it's much more street friendly.

I just want to see 500 rear wheel and I'm done. The dual friction is here now so we'll see how it does once the car is done.

I have a friend that uses a Fidanza Twin Disc and that thing feels wayyy softer than stock. He said he likes it. BTW, he is also pushing more than 600rwhp. [ May 29, 2010, 04:19 PM: Message edited by: 1HaTCheD5LiTEr ]
