Hey guys, this is my first post and I'm new to the family. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where i can purchase an ECu for my car. New, Old, Rebuilt. Or any information where i can send it to get fixed? thanks u guys!

My car likes to shut down on its own at times, and i've been told numerous times by different people that i should change my ecu because my car wasn't grounded correctly. Cause when i got into an accident in my baby, the auto shop did not sand down painted areas where the ground wires were, so i was told that it could be my ECu more than anything.
