Turn signals aren't working, bulbs are good, fuses all brand new. Where in the should I start looking to figure out why they don't work? BTW, it's a 92' vert lx.

your fuses are good, what about your flasher relays?
theres two of those relays, one (turn signal relay)is located somewhere behind the radio area on your 92 and the (hazard relay) is located on your fuse panal.
the relay looks like a small cylinder.

AHA! I didn't know they had relays! I saw the cylinder one on the fuse panel, didn't replace that one, my hazards work. I'll have to do some searching tomorrow for the turn signal relay. Thanks for the info..

also check the bulb sockets they may be loose
