It's a Ign/Boost control system.<br /><br />Are you tuned? sounds like you have a few possibilities going on: <br /><br />assuming it's pinging then you might not have enough timing, which a tune would take care of.<br /><br />or you could be blowing out the spark<br /><br />what are your plugs gapped to?? If it's stock settigns then your blower could be blowing it out.<br /><br />In any case I dont think an ignition box would help you out much. It only kicks in when you get under boost. If you have knocking and pinging cruising around town, you have some other issues going on.
