I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to identify a stock 5.0 cam. What marking should the cam have? Just pulled a cam from a motor and not sure if its the stock cam or not.

Shouldn't the stock 5.0 cam have at least a ford logo stamped into it or something? I only asked cause i just pulled a cam from what I thought was a stock 5.0 motor and I don't know what kinda cam it is. All that was on it was the letter "A" and then underneath that was: IJ20, but no ford logo or anything. anyone have any idea what cam this is?
