Topic: Stock 351w Crank and Rods... Whats their HP limit?

I am building a 351w and am wondering how much power the stock crank and rods can handle? Its a 93 lightning shortblock. I am replacing the stock pistons with some nice forged ones.
Also What kind of boost can this handle?
I am putting together a turbo setup. Engine will be 9:1 comp with Tfs Tw heads. What boost Level would be good on that shortblock? was thinking about 8 lbs?

Ive seen 351 blocks with forged slugs in it(357) go 606 at the wheels I believe and have no issues. Even blew a few headgaskets on put two sets of heads on it and never had any issues. This was a 95 roller block.d

I think they were football rods, however. NOT 100% sure but its JPH331 off of here. You can ask him Im sure.

So you think I would be fine running this setup if it has a good tune?
Btw.. U selling any turbos? single turbo setup?
