simple spark plug question:
what kind of a spark plug for a 2000 GT?
i want to hav them replaced next time i get an oil change, any recomendations for some decent spark plugs. thanks

autolite coppers dont use that platinum or quad tipped shit waste of money.....but im sure ill get some shit for suggestin the cheapest plug, but im tellin ya copper all the way

Copper core Autolites. Copper is the most conductive but won't last as long. Platinum doesn't conduct as well but will outlast the coppers. Iridium is just plain expensive.. So don't bother unless your Bill Gates. You can buy 2 set's of coppers for the price of 1 platinum set damn near.

if i rember right your car should have platinum plugs in it so putting copper plugs would be a down grade for your car

Yes it comes from the factory with platnums but they are absolute junk. Go with the coppers. And if u feel uncomfortable the autolites u can get the NGK equivolent but it's the same thing for more money. Also the platnum has nowhere nerd the longevity of the copper
