should i just get a stock replacemnet, or go for a performance one? there is a nice price jump and dont know if theres really any difference...also would like some info on what the micron ratings mean. ive seen 10 40+ ect ect

IMO, do NOT run a Fram. I've seen numerous ones collapse with high fuel pressure or flow. Cough up a few dollars more and run a Ford replacement.
