I am currently building a 351w and wanted to replace the stock dished pistons with a set of forged flat top twisted wedge pistons out of a 302 i have. Will They Swap Right Over?

I am using a 302 piston in a 393 stroker I am building right now with 351 stock rod length.

Piston size will depend on the size of your cylinder bore, stroke and rod lenght. If you know the specs of your stock pistons then any brand piston of the same dimension should fit.
