BEFORE THE SWAP I HAD CHANGED THE MAF SENSOR BUT NEVER TURN OFF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SO I DONT KNOW IF IT IS THE SWAP OR THE MAF IS STILL BAD ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

For 94-95 GT's the AOD is computer controlled and has set shift points & such. Unlike the fox's where the computer does not control the shifting. For your car I believe u need to swap out the computer for a 5 speed one where as in a fox you can get away with keeping the auto one.

You need a 5spd ecu.

i got the cobra ecu out of a 95 cobra, when i hook it up and turn on the car it starts right up but when the car idles it starts to shoke. now they told me that i have to upgrade the maf sensor to a 70mm and to 24lb injectors is this true?

cobra's and GT models have different computers from what i understand. there will be differences in the maf/injectors you need to use. 95 cobra ecu's are calibrated for 24's. if your running 19# injectors and a cobra ecu thats your problem. i would try swapping in a 5spd GT ecu or 24's and matching maf calibrated for a cobra. try whichever is cheaper first so you can see where the problem is. if the car is throwing codes then read them with a scanner and see what it tells you also
