wassup good people? i was wondering if anyone could tell me if and how i can put 2002 'stang seats in my 1988 lx. are they bolt on? do i need brackets? if so, where can i get them? any info' will be greatly appreciated. thank you all.

Take the brackets off your factory seats and put them on the new ones. Easiest way.

My 04 Mach 1 seats bolt right in my 88 LX.

if you want to use the power seat brackets from the newer seats you can do that also, just have to replace the power connector so it mates to the power plug under the seat on your car.

yep thats what i did i cut the plug off the 04 and wired it up to my 93 but with the 04 power bracket my seat sits too high even when i put it all the way down [Frown]
