Car cranks but not turning all the way.. Bought new battery . Still doing the same thing?? What can it be??

Did you check the fuel cut off switch in the trunk??

do you mean the engine is slow crank over like it has a dead battery if so check the starter motor for high resistancea also checked the battery cables

Can that be automatically turned off or it has to be manually turned off??

Yeah they sometimes turn off by itself when you hit a bump hard or some kind of shock hits it. Check that out.

@fasthatch yea it used to have a slow crank until a changed the battery now it won't turn over all the way

is the theft light on the dash flashing? could be a PATS / bad key problem.
