I'm putting in 3.73 in and installing my 5 lug converaion. Should change the bearings in the axle and rear end? Thank you for your help!

If you're using brand new axles, I'd go with new axle bearings. For the gears, if it needs it...yes.

The axles I'm using are used, but they are not the original axles. So, do you think I should use new bearings or I'm I OK? There are no sounds or any problems with the bearins now.

Check the bearing race and condition of the stock bearings. If both are good, run it as is. If the bearings are questionable, change them.
If the axles are chewed up, I wouldn't bother using them.
