rumors of police crown vics are good donors call jermy 704 9118 hell know.hes done this on a small bearing 9inch same as a 8inch

Cheap and easy usually don't go together when talking about modding your car
Here is a cheap way

An easier way would be to buy a SSBC rear disc conversion kit. However, you can expect to pay $800 for one of these.

Or if you want to go the junkyard route, here's a how-to on doing the Crown Vic swap to a small bearing housing (this is what your 8" rear has).
