i was wondering if someone could help me out by telling me the easiest and cheapest way to make my 67 stang disc brakes in the rear thanks.

Here is a cheap way

An easier way would be to buy a SSBC rear disc conversion kit. However, you can expect to pay $800 for one of these.

Or if you want to go the junkyard route, here's a how-to on doing the Crown Vic swap to a small bearing housing (this is what your 8" rear has).
