I recently did a head and cam swap to my 95 cobra and it feels to be slower or the same.could it be that the rockers aren't adjusted rite or maby because I still have stock intake and stock headers.and there's also a check engine lite witch am goin to get check out tomarow maby that's another problem?

Depending on the cam and heads you could be loosing low end power but gaining top end. The cobra intake should work ok with a mild set of heads and cam. However, it wouldn't hurt to port the lowers.

The headers are defitely hurting your power. Swap those out right away.

What is your timing and fuel pressure set at?
