Neutral safety switch harness?
I just did this swap a couple months ago. I didn't route any harness for a "neutral safety switch".
The only harness I messed with was the actual trans harness. I used the actual 5spd harness which plugs in on the passenger side firewall.
Do you mean the Clutch Pedal Position sensor? The sensor that is on the pedal assembly?
Or are you asking how to modify the automatic tranny harness?
Here's is a pretty good how-to: http://www.allfordmustangs.com/Detailed/25.shtml [ October 05, 2009, 12:33 AM: Message edited by: username1822 ]

heres one way
The stock AODE wiring harness was also kept, we connected the VSS and reverse sensors and Removed from the AODE the shifter position sensor, connected it, fastened it to the T5 and placed it in PARK so the car would start.

So let me get it straight u removed the actuall piece from the side of the trans and hook up to the harness and left it in park making it seem that there's still a auto there? Sorry I'm kinda slow with ur write up lol

Yea, that is one way to do it. It's easier to get the correct 5spd harness (which is what I did), then you just pull the entire auto harness out, and put the 5spd one in, plug and play.
