how do you put back the stock springs on a fox? i normally pop out the stock springs by lowering the a arms and throw the lowering springs with no problem cus the after market spring is shorter.
but how do i put back a stock ones on there which spring compressor do i need?

gooooooooooood luck , i usually just cut a coil off the stock spring and work it in

Isnt this for sale section =] SPRING COMPRESSOR FTW! Or have a friend compress them by hand and simply just place them inside. Duhh

Maeco, with tall springs you leave the strut attached and pull out the two inner control arm bolts, and drop the control arm from the inside.
It helps to have 2 jacks to get the holes aligned again after the spring is in.
I've done it like this at least a dozen times.
Definitely takes a little coordination to get the holes aligned, so be prepared.

use a spring comperssor get it down as much as u could tie it up with a good rope put it in then cut the rope its geto but works for me

YEA IT WORKS FOR ME I DOIT SOLO AND SAME TO REMOVE THE SPRING I JUST JACK UP THE ARM AND THE TIE IT UP THEN LOWER THE JACK AND THEY FALL OUT EASY AND FAST JUST USE UR NOE HOW WITH THIS IDEA SHOULD WORK
