I think the word you are looking for is an "assortment" of suspension parts. Although it is not specified in the dictionary, the word abundant is presumed to describe a large, plentiful amount of a singular object without variation. Though the term "suspension" is singular, any car guy knows it encompasses several, different parts.
In other words, it would be correct to say the strip club has an assortment of women rather than an abundant amount of women.
