I have a 1995 Mustang withh idle issues when warm. On a very (especialy) hot day and the car has beeen running it will loose iddle and die.It will turn back on and it will die a few more times. Mine doesn't die but, will have the idle issues when hot. What mods are done to the car? What have you done to it recently? More info will help other members help you out.

Car is modified ,thats the way I bought it....bigger mass air,larger injectors. larger throtle, and chip.

Change the ECT sensor, if your car dies out when its warm, change that sensor, its on the coolant line to the heater core, sensor is on left side of thermostat housing.. there common issues with the SN95 5.0's get FORD brand

02 sensor have been changed....chip is made by diablo.

My car was doing the same thing, so I cleaned the MAF and the problem dissapeared. Good luck...
