Bare with me on this one.
I have a 1997 Mustang GT, 5-speed, V8. I have this weird pulsating on all three of my pedals ( It feels like a nasty flat spot in the tires). It is most noticeable on the clutch and gas pedals. As I go faster the pulsating gets worse (around 50 to 80). The weird part is I can ONLY feel this on the pedals and a little bit on the floor beneath. I cannot feel it in the steering wheel, stick shift, e-brake and you cant feel it if you're sitting the passenger seat? Now, I have replaced a shit load of stuff trying to pin point this problem. Here are the things I THINK I can rule out. New steering rack and pinion, inner and outer tie-rod ends, ball joints, sway-bar end-links/bushings, Motor and tranny mounts and the u-joints in the drive shaft. I have inspected the wheel barrings and appear to be good. SOOOO I guess it's not the suspension . I'm out of ideas, ANY INPUT will be greatly appreciated............... Thanks guys.

Its a Stage 2 Roush. It has Bilstiens from the factory. About 6 months ago I had to swap one on the drivers side. the passenger side is good. Also, it has M/M caster/camber plates. I was told those might be an issue? I swapped them back to stock No difference. I recently put the plates back on for an allignment. [ June 15, 2009, 07:18 AM: Message edited by: six 5.0 ]

How many miles are on it? When lowered, the 94-98 cars are notorious for front hub wheel bearing problems.

Tires are new and balanced. It was aligned yesterday. It has 130k. I was thinking the barrings also, but the wheel is solid as a rock???? The drive shaft does rub the e-brake but only when I have 2 or 3 people in it which in VERY rare....

Still not fixed, and getting worse.... The vibrations are really bad on the floor pan now (both driver and passenger side). Feels like something is banging around down there. I have noticed that the passenger side strut is wasted. If I push up and down on the car the strut makes some weird noises (shitty thing about that is the struts are Bilstein's and cost $221 each). I just bought some new ones, should be here on Thursday. Hopefully that does the trick.
