Author Topic: cooling problems 57baja New Member Member # 9142 posted                              5.0 fresh rebuild new aluminum radiator,new water pump,thermostat,etc.I can't seem to get out all of the air from the cooling system.I top it off and after it warms up it leaks out of the overflow,when it cools and I take off rad cap it is half full.If I refill it it just goes out the overflow tank. There are no leaks anywhere any suggestions?
