The whole intake thing depends on what you want to do with your car. Do you want a 9 sec car? Do you just want a intake to put on for right now to give you a little more power? The best way to take the AC off is get a Ford Racing AC delete kit from Summit, then pull all the BS lines off the firewall and take out the AC pump and condenser. Once you start it is pretty much straight forward.

Really depends on your setup. One size doesn't fit all. Also, depends on what sort of power band you want. Long runner intakes (like cobra, GT40, TFS street, etc) promote low end torque but give up top end power. If you are willing to sacrifice low end torque for top end power your choices are different. Also, do you want your car to be able to pass smog.
More info would help.

The BBK blows(I had one), if you want one good intake get a ported Victor JR. It will perform like shit on a stock motor but when you start throwing mods at it, it will perform in the long run.... Either that or a ported TFS R intake same thing as the Victor JR it will perform like shit on a stock motor until you start throwing mods at it.....
