What all do I need to pull from the donor car for the swap?<br /><br />So far I have the following out:<br />Complete Motor<br />Trans<br />Computer<br />Fuel Injector Wiring Harness<br />Computer Wiring Harness<br />Headlight wiring harness (for the MAF)<br />Starter Wiring Harness<br />Throttle Cable<br />Tranny Cables<br />Driveshaft (for the yoke)<br />O2 Sensors<br /><br />What else do I need to pull out of the car?<br />Any and all help is appreciated. Making your own is a huge undertaking and can cost you hours of time in troubleshooting if you don't wire something up right. I built my FFR Cobra and used a 2004 Mach 1 as a donor. Got a Fuel injected 4.6L 32 valve, PS, PB, ABS, and using autometer guages. If you're using a 96 or newer Mustang as a donor then you'll have to disable PATS. Get a wiring diagram/workshop manual for that year car will also help. Especially when you are tapping into your original guages. Labeling harnesses at the plugs help put it all back together.
