I have a vortech s trim for a foxbody.....can this head unit be used on a lets say....2000 gt???

All head units are pretty much the same , but you will need all the supporting hardware ie, brakets, correct upper and lower pully , and belt tensioner, belt etc to make it work. Probley a 1,000 bucks for all the hardware to make it work. Unless you can find some one with a bad head unit and get the rest of the stuff cheap used. Then you will have to swap the blower pully and make sure the oil feed line is located correclty to make it work.

You are better off selling your foxbody kit and buying a complete kit specific for a 2k GT. Probably gonna be easier and cost less $$ in the long run.

superchargeronline.com told me that the head units for newer stangs rotated counter clockwise so my unit wouldn't work.....

No, it will not work. Different rotation.
