What electric fan controllers are you guys using for your dual fan set ups?? I am putting a dual dodge intrepid fan set up into my fox and looking for a fan controller. The fan has one ground and 2 positives one for the low feature and one high feature. I would like this fan to be all powerd by its on I am not down with 80 switches to activate to get things going plus I'm hella forgetfull. I found this DIF dual electric fan controller that I could set the temperatures for each fan (selling for bout 125). Does anybody know if this product is crap?? If it is what are some recomendations?? Also I don't want to ditch the fan I have its a perfect fit and really slim and I like the dual fan feature.

Painless makes a good one. Get one with the thermostat that goes into the thermostat housing.

I made my own for about $20, autometer warning light sending unit for water temp, drilled and tapped my thermostat housing, I use that as the "Switch" going to a relay that triggers the high speed on my mark8 fan.

Delta Control. http://www.dccontrol.com/0820.htm
I use 2 of them. One for the fan and one for the electric water pump.

They work flawlessly. You have complete control over the engine temperature. One of the best buys on the market.
