if you like the pro5.0 stick with that. i have one and i think it ok. I dont like how 2-3 shift feels sometimes.

I would say it's personal preference. Never had a tri-ax but I liked the pro 5.0. I would put the tri-ax on, drive the car for a while, and decide which one you like better

I've got Tri-ax's on both of my cars and think there great. I've also ran a Tri-ax lower with a pro 5.0 handle and that felt ok too, its all personal preference i suggest that you put one on and slam some gears, switch the hande, try it again and so on to find the combo that'll work for you best. Good luck

Run with whichever one works best for you. I personally have used the tri-ax in the last 3 I put together. I never missed a shift and never hurt a transmission with one. They are not a soft shifter. They feel very ratchety but they get things done where it counts.

i've used both and prefer the feel of the pro 5.0. it seems more precise with each shift. i currently have a pro 5.0 base with a steeda handle, best of both worlds.

even though i am trying to sell my pro5.0 shifter with tri ax handle at the moment, i'll still say imo the tri ax is a far better feel to me. the pro 5.0 feels to chunky if that makes sense. but i have heard great things bout MGW.
