Depends on the fuel you plan on using IMO.
If you want to run pump gas....go all motor.

Idk about blowing a 347, look n2 a 331, bigger is not always better

I would go with a supercharger. i just picked up a 347 s/c and it runs great.

It really doesnt matter you can get there either way sc or turbo. It depends how much you want to spend$$. You could get there with a nice build and a v-2 or go turbo. I have done both now. The blower was alot easier to tune and seemed more reliable but Now I have a turbo kit there is nothing like a turbo to make big power.
