just got a 70mm throttle body and the pedal is kinda stiff now can I fix this some how?

probably gumed up. Use a bit of wd40.

Sounds like something is interfering with the throttle linkage. Take the inake tube off of the throttlebody and check the linkage.

check your clearance between the bottom of your T cable and the valve cover?

I am running a BBK 70mm and I noticed the pedal is stiffer too. I guess though I am comparing it to my 96 I had. The new cars the gas pedal is so easy, I can make quick revs and the pedals bounces back real quick.
When I drive a stick I developed the habit of making quick small revs during take off, and now I consistently give it a little gas until it goes.
