What track? Depends on: Personal taste, horsepower, rpm range, other exhaust components, and many other factors.

The x-pipes have been proven time and time again to offer more hp and torque, and offer a change in tone (higher pitch) when run up in the rpm's.

The h-pipe will give a deeper sound, which many prefer.

The power difference on a bolt on car will be hard to tell by the seat of the pants.
