I started with he repos back in the day, and a little metal piece would fall down in each one. Garbage. Now I dont know if they have upgraded them, or what.. I use like 600 grit, then 1500 wet sanding paper till all the yellow is gone, then use Mothers aluminum polish and they usually come out really clear. After that you can use some clear coat spray with a UV protection and that will prevent them yellowing again. In regards to cleaning them, I tried most of the methods in the past with mixed results but they still didn't look that good to me. I have not tried the wetsand thing yet. I'll try that before I buy new ones. One thing I noticed is that the lenses are turning yellow but not a cloudy or hazy yellow, more like a clear yellow. They still look shiny, just not clear.
