Author Topic: Engine Failsafe Mode in 05 GT hookerstang42 New Member Member # 8374 posted                              I have received an engine failsafe mode display for the thrid time now. I read the manual and it wasn't as helpful as I would have liked. This seems to occur when I have used the AC in max mode, but not everytime. It's been a couple months in between occurences. Can anyone tell me what the heck this means and if it gives any DTC's? I don't want to pay a dealer money just to figure it out if I can buy a tuner and get more power while diagnosing! And of course it probably won't throw a code without the check engine light on....bummer. -------------------- If you ain't first your last!
