can i just tune my speedometer to work with my gears using the Predator or should i just get the speedo gears.

Speedo is cheap and very easy to install, which is what I did on my cobra. If you do decide on the flash tuner make sure it will work on your year because my SCT flash tuner did not allow me to calibrate my gear ratio on my 96 cobra.
