Anybody know how to remove rear seats the cushion where you seat your butt.

Pull like holy hell. It clips in on both sides (L and R... not front and rear) sorta like headrests do.

you have to push in the 2 tabs underneath the seat bottom. there is one per side. feel under the seat for them and push in while pulling up on the seat. they'll pop up and you can pull the seat out...
