Hello,

Does anyone know if a Hypertech-Power Programer 3 can program the computer of another car without first programming the original car back to stock?

I bought a used power programer 3 without knowing if this had been done befor I bought the unit. Now I need to find someone to try and program my mustang for me. Thanks
