I am having my bbk equal length shorty headers installed on my 98 gt by lowering the K member. How much more work is it, if any, to install a tubular K member at the same time? Is it worth buying a tubular K? What brand? QA1?

It will lighten the front end by about 75 pounds and give you alot more room for headers and what not.

it won't take much more time to swap the k-member at all since you have to pull the stock one out to put longtube headers in anyways.

I have the k and arm swap on my 97. It was completely worth it. Car handles so much better. Do it.
