MIL eliminators are hit or miss. Best way to shut off the CEL for 02's are a tune. Your IAC is located right next to your throttle body. Unbolt the 2 screws and clean it out. Also you could have a secondary mis fire in the wires if you haven't replaced them. A mis-fire in the wires won't throw a code. I was losing MPh and blowing head gasket's and it turned out to be the fuel filter <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" /> .
