I have a non pi mustang and im going to have a pi intake and pi cams installed. Will this increase the compression on my non pi motor or would the pi heads have to be installed to increase compression? I have a procharger for the motor also so i dont really want to increase the compression.

The cams/intake do not affect the static compression ratio. Swapping to PI head with smaller combustion chambers will up your compression.

are you using adapter plates with the pi intake on the npi heads? if you're using the rtv method i would be pretty hesistant to run high amounts of boost.
