What is the percentage of HP that you would loose from your flywheel HP to RWHP?

Depends on if it's a manual or auto. I think manual is like %15. Auto is more

You would probably have to factor in the torque converter - lockup vs. non lockup on the auto also. With an auto Your best bet on guesstimated HP is to weigh Your car and get some MPH reading's at the strip.

Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords did an article on this a few months ago..They ran the same car with a Std. Tranny and Auto Tranny. In this test the Std. lost lost more rwhp than the Auto.Alot depends on the Tranny.
According to the engineers At Mustang Dyno (I have a letter reflecting this info) the std loss is About 25% for both auto and std.Keep in mind your flywheel, drive shaft, rearend ,tire size all act on the rwhp ratings.
