there's no such thing as 'e-brake shoes' on a sn95 rear disc setup, the parking brake is just a mechanical cable that squeezes the disc brake calipers.
the sounds you are hearing might be 'moaning'
you probably need a set of anti-moan brackets -
these brace the caliper brackets to the axle housing, so they don't vibrate and 'moan'
note the parking brake cable here - [ August 22, 2007, 03:09 AM: Message edited by: Blind ]

the guy told me it needed a bracket tofix the e brake cable, and now i feel like a dumbass for not looking, but when i just glanced at it i saw the cable was too short to reach the place they needed to go, it does have an adjustment towards the front of the car i can adjust to make the cable longer right?

if the cable is too short they might not have replaced the drum cables with the disc style ones, look at the ends of the cables and if they don't look like mine in that picture then you'll need to buy them.
stock, there's no adjustment of the cable length, the stock e-brake handle has an auto adjuster that uses a large coiled spring to set the tension.
on some cars (my 89 ) you need to replace the front e-brake cable, and bypass the spring in the e-brake handle. The new cable you install is adjustable under the car.
the cable part numbers to search for them on summit are 2810-a and 2809-a
the "rear" cables you need 2 of, the front you need 1 of.
I didn't need the "front" cable with my `91 that I put discs in the rear on, just the rear cables.
