I have a couple questions regarding x pipes. Im thinking of going with a bassani, not sure whether catted or O/R. Got a couple questions:

-Is the catted version legal for CA?

-Is there a big difference is noise level?

-And for anyone familiar with Bassani x pipes, it looks like the cats on the catted version can be swapped out and replaced with straight pipes...true or false?

the catted version is NOT smog legal, to be legal the x-pipe would have to have 4 cats like the OEM pipe.

Cats will make quite a bit of difference in sound, going from 4 cats to no cats will definitely be noticeable.
