Your best bet is to take it to a machine shop and see what they can do for you. However, it deosn't look very promising as there is no where to tap for a new hole.

Very easy.
Have it heli arched by a machine shop then tapped.
may cost you $75 or so.
It's not a problem, this happens to manifolds all the time

Or if you want the ghetto idea, just JB weld a stud to the lower and use a nut. It is ghetto, but it should work. Just make sure it's the perfect height and square with the gasket surface. [ March 29, 2007, 08:42 PM: Message edited by: BlueBeast88.306 ]

actually a stud would probably fit in there, and the JB weld idea would work. I would say go for it.

Get more ghetto and put a light covering film of RTV on there and call it good.

You could probably get away without using that bolt at all if you arent going to be adding any boost.
