Can't go wrong with a Vortech S-Trim. I went 10.68 on my stock bottom end with an S-Trim so its more than capable to perform great. All you would need is to run it with the stock 3.33 pulley and add a powerpipe and you would be at 10 lbs of boost and 450 to the tires with good exhaust. Of course you would need to upgrade your fuel system and ensure that its tuned properly. [ March 18, 2007, 08:30 PM: Message edited by: streakmatt ]

The Vortech s-trim is your best bet, however you will need to upgrade your injectors, MAF and fuel pump(s). 10-12psi should be fine on pump gas.

+1...that's what I did on my vert....your setup is EXACTLy like my vert's but I have 36's, a different MAF, and a 255 in tank pump....
I'm running a 2.95 pulley which should be around 10-11 psi with my power pipe

with a power pipe and a stock 3.33 pulley my SQ trim had 11 psi. They are awsome blowers for a a street car.

Another vote for the s-trim. If this car is a daily driver then I would stick with 6-8lbs of boost.

I'm more partial to the ProChargers...well, only because that's what I have. I do like the sound of the Vortech's a little better, but the benefits of an intercooler outweighed that for me. Plus it looks cool as hell to have the blower mounted on the drivers side!

Another vote for the SQ.
I'm making 15+psi with a 7" crank 3" blower pulley with heads cam intake exhaust etc.
Pulls like a freight train!!

I can't give you an honest number as I haven't had it dyno'd since the procharger install, but if I had to estimate I'd say 425-450 to the wheels. I;m thinkin about getting Anderson's Mr Freeze and changin' pulley's to 14 lb, although it's hard enough getting any traction with 9 psi.
