would that work or do i need to put a bigger fuel pump in?

I don't know what motor your running, but the stock pump on my 306 w/cam,heads,intake,etc works fine. Actualy it still runs rich.

What exactly are you runnin.. Ran my stock pump with 19lb injectors with TW heads, e-cam and cobra intake for 3 years without any problems.

Should work. Just get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

its a 302 with trick flow stage 1 cam afr 165's street heat 72mm throttle body & mass air
if i dont have a fuel pressure regulator is it going to run like crap...do i need one?

Its going to surge at idle without the regulator, you will probably need to turn it down to around 30psi instead of 39psi. It will also smell really rich, other than that will be fine.
