what psi would be with a 2.95 blower an 8.0 crank pulley set up make? on a mildly ported 194 aluminum headed 302, gasket matched intake.

I'm just guessing! Probally less! I run a 2.95 with a 6.85 inch and run 13psi.

larger crank pulley = slower rotation
youll make less than 13 psi

sorry that is backwards. Bigger crank pulley will spin it faster.

It will be right at 15 psi. Gotta be careful though, that will be awefully close to overspinning the head unit.

John's right. S-Trim max impeller speed is rated at 50,000 rpm's. So with those 2 pulleys you would be seeing max impeller speed at 5300 RPM shift point.
